The USA didn’t start a war with Iran.  Iran started a war with the USA.  John you are old enough to remember the 1979 revolution.  There was never a real peace after that stunning act of aggression.  

 

It was clear enough they were refining uranium in order to nuke Israel.  If they do, Israel will nuke back, with far more powerful and more numerous nukes.  The result will be horrifying, far beyond what is likely to happen in Tehran in the next few months.
