 On the contrary.  The party spanned the gap in none of the three elections in question enough to be instrumental in anything.  We spanned the gap in 2000, but have not since then.

 

One might be able to argue that the lawfare by the state of New York influenced enough voters, but that wasn’t the Libertarian party’s doing.  It can’t be proven either, since the defendant lost in New York.
