I am actually trying to help you here John.  I read the mainstream party platforms, filter out all personalities (because we don’t know who will be nominated) and find few important differences between the platforms, from my point of view.

You have no useful insight into why your party lost two of the last three elections to an unpopular candidate.  In 28 your party will be facing a far more personally appealing candidate, but it will be still without a basic insight that Adrian partially identified.  I have additional insights which I will share, but I want to give you a chance for severe introspection.
