But those candidates are unlikely to win the nomination.  If you believe otherwise, there is big money to be made on the betting markets.  For the nomination, Vance is at 40, Rubio is at 17, (which I will likely buy soon (I think Rubios are worth about 20)) and everyone else is at 4 cents or below.  If you believe someone other than Vance or Rubio will be nominated, buy NotVances at 60 and NotRubios at 82.  For each buck forty two invested, you win two bucks if neither of them win the nomination.
