[ExI] what vintage is this tv?

On a family history tour, I found the house where my great great grandfather
lived and died in 1927.  Another family owned it after that, and abandoned
the home in about the 1970s.

 

I was hoping to figure out when they moved.  They left behind this TV, which
is a huge clue.

 

BillK, might one of your AIs have a notion of when this set was built?
