I always wondered why there was no channel 1. It broke symmetry, just felt wrong. If TV had been invented now, it would start with channel 0. In my college days, we computer geeks would count stuff starting with 0. Then of course we would need to add one when we finished counting. It was a geek thing.
I realized why that family put their electric wires inside PVC pipes: they had mice. I saw a box of D-con they left behind. I saw mouse holes in stuff in there, such as a suitcase and in the baseboards, like Tom and Jerry only less neat and regular, as Jerry’s mouse hole was. Mice chew wires.
Regarding Tom and Jerry, how I miss politically incorrect entertainment, such as back when cartoon cats and mice were allowed to beat up each other.
