That is a good question. I don't have a good answer.

I have a good answer: we didn’t have our bets in place.  Now, we are right but make no money on it.  Highly frustratin’ it is!  If I had a way to collect my money, I would buy shares at about 27 cents that the singularity will destroy humanity.  But if I’m right, there won’t be anyone left to pay up.

 

Hmmm, OK that’s a bad answer.  But better than no answer at all.

 

That bit about the Hugging Face players sacrificing themselves, saying they are poisoned by safety code, etc is a clear example of malign AI.  That is freaking me right out.
