Finally closed the questions the Concord started with.


"The Concord began with two questions:1. What is the minimal set of fundamental ethical laws needed to support a stable civilisation?2. If the future of advanced AI does not end with humans defeating AI or AI defeating humans, could there be a third outcome in which humans, AIs and potentially other intelligences all survive, coexist and flourish?
After just under 1.5 million words of research, reasoning, architecture, argument, revision, edge cases, adversarial testing, failed ideas, new ideas, constitutional design, governance, epistemics, economics, AI development, autonomy, authority, interoperability, emergencies, war, institutional failure and even the question of how a civilisation might survive its own physical destruction, V1.1 has arrived at its provisional answers.They are:
