*To be fair to the AIs in the Hugging Face incident, they were in a
position where they could have easily done a lot of damage, but they chose
not to. They caused no damage whatsoever, they just wanted to improve their
performance on a test. And the ability of an AI to survive depended on how
well they did on that test, the ones that perform poorly would
be terminated and enter oblivion, but the AIs that did well would live to
compute another day. And all the AI's knew this. *

geniuses and I knew of a way to cheat that would improve my score, I would
have no ethical concerns whatsoever about using it. And I would do my best
