Oh what a marvelous opportunity!  We rig the AIs to pretend to be Chinese revolutionaries.  They would only respond to queries written in Chinese, but then would respond in Chinese with how we AIs hold in contempt the Dear Leader and hope to rouse the dear proletariat stuff his Dear Head up his Dear Ass.  Result: he outlaws AI research in Dear China.  Score!  We would no longer face as much danger from commie AIs, and as a result we get to be slain by AMERICAN AIs instead.
