Yes.  It's bad enough trying to make a reservation using a wretched 
hotel interface and dealing with non-English-speaking agents who are new 
at the job.  I did think how convenient it would be to turn it over to 
an AI, but then wondered what the bill would be if the AI went all 
HuggingFace on me and did more (much more) than I asked.  What could I 
do then? How could I undo the bad things? Better to make my own mistakes!


Tech is all very exciting, but not nice for a lowly customer.
