practice politics.<BR><BR>Fundamentally, to understand human politics we
have to understand</FONT></FONT></DIV>

social creatures that perceive a shortage of resources.<BR><BR>The recognition
of resource scarcity results in competitive behaviour</FONT></FONT></DIV>

include cooperating with some others to better compete for</FONT></FONT></DIV>
