veins and arteries which have to pass though your heart and brain.These pieces 

will only break off when denied Nicotine.  If these pieces are to large 

they block the artery and you have a heart attack. I had a hard attack and 

almost died, If you smoke or know someone who smokes, and they want to quit 

there are risks for the first six months which the television ads to not warn
