The sky wouldn't look any different</span></blockquote><br></div><div>No the sky would look very different, for one thing there would be much more infrared and radio waves and much less visible light, ultraviolet, and X rays because civilizations would be using low entropy high frequency electromagnetic radiation to do work and giving off high entropy low frequency waste radiation; in short if the universe is swarming with intelligence the universe should look engineered.
