Any medium that can deliver a message can be used for entertainment.  Many are.<br><br>Does anyone have ideas on why the final bit "wasn't entirely legal"?  I suspect that<br>it may have been, "large construction without a permit, which permit requires<br>
months of government approvals and committee meetings, during which time the<br>community that needed that bridge for its economy continues to suffer".  If that is<br>so, I think it would have been better to clearly state it, because I suspect a lot of<br>
the people who would most benefit from reading this are not able to intuit that.<br>(Many of them seem unable to see what's wrong with responding to any proposal<br>to do something with "more research before you actually do anything".)<br>

I found it amusing that they complain that the students in the US all<br>
went into service and entertainment industries, but that the message<br>
is being conveyed via an entertainment medium. But other than that<br>
it's neat to see David working on a story in this area.<br>
