Sorry. That last post sounded a bit harsh and I'm not usually so confrontational. What I'm saying I guess is that, if Somalia is considered by some to be libertarian, why is that so? Which brand of libertarian is it? What is the movement's history in that country? Why did the writer think it was so? What arguments for? What arguments against?<div>

But I don't find much on the libertarian view regarding technology on-line and I thought some of you might have some interesting things to say about that. Recall: I am most certainly not a libertarian. But I am interested in political systems, especially as they relate to transhumanism. I noticed when I first came here that economic issues were especially important to this group, because progress depends upon them. And economy is difficult to discuss without bring in at least some politics.</div>
