Come on. I can hardly be described as a libertarian, but to
argue that<br>
allowing private healh care services risks to encourage the
deliberate<br>
spreadinng of epidemics by their managers or shaheolders,<br>
biowarfare-style, sounds as a rather bizarre and far-fetched
argument.<br>

It does not require private prisons for this to happen. The "prison
industry" has been big business for decades using publicly funded
prisons. <br>
