<div style="RIGHT: auto">This would be very unpopular and the welfare states would likely have to go, along with many regulations that restrict the flow of people and goods. All of this is very unpopular because most people in all societies have a deep seated antipathy toward foreigners. Bryan Caplan, in his _The Myth of the Rational Voters_, call this xenophobia "anti-foreign bias."<VAR id=yui-ie-cursor></VAR></div>
