Think of the safety angle on it. Think of it when you see a Detroit filled with teens bopping down the road blasting the radio, experiencing the transcendent joy of being a carefree teenager, singing, laughing, groping, living fully those few fleeting years in which responsibilities are few and opportunities are many, doing everything other than paying attention to whatever it is they are about to run over, generally acting pretty much the way you and I did when we were 16.
