The libertarian candidate has little chance, so it is Lionel Hutz vs Ned Flanders this time. If the apparently competent but unpopular Flanders is elected, he will have little influence on the senate. If the popular but ineffective Hutz is re-elected, he will have little or no influence on the house of representatives.
