This is laughably wrong.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Since I know several families of gifted children whose schools, in different parts of the country, begin having "gov't" representatives give presentations, sponsor field trips, contests, summer camps, etc., I'm going to disagree with you on this.</div>
