Maybe life elsewhere is made of klogknee particles that scientists on Earth haven't discovered. But what we can say for sure right now is that there is zero evidence that chemistry can produce anything even close to being called "intelligent" unless liquid water is involved, and that can only happen in the habitable zone.<br>
