Why didn’t they just set it up like the old days, where the whole deal could be presented on a paper chart, or fifty different charts, one for each state? It would have an income column, age brackets, a list of companies and their prices, along with what they cover, a column for the penalty for opting out, and they’re done. Let the insurance companies fill in most of the blanks. Easy.
