<p dir="ltr">So the question is, will anyone with the capability to accomplish this, act on this warning flag?  Or will it be applauded then amount to nothing, like most TED talks?  I see no call to action here - nothing that specific organizers or other individuals need to do.  It's easy for those with the means to let "someone else" handle it...and then no one ever does.</p>
