Similarly certain dissertations and papers that ought to have been in the chapter also had to be left out - sorry. But it will probably mean that sooner or later I have to write my own book where I have no space constraints and can delve into Ben Goerzel's cosmism or Natasha's meaning of life at the length they deserve... muhahahaha! :-)</span></font></blockquote><blockquote type="cite"></blockquote><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">Very nice work, Anders.
