<p dir="ltr">Prisoner's Dilemma, where one side is either a corporation whose directors insist on ignoring future games (quarters) in the interests of this game's (quarter's) rewards, or a terrorist/similar wannabe-failed-state that is incapable of honest, serious future planning (which sets it at odds with governments that are).</p>
