Those foreign governments are then free to make a deal if Clinton is elected: nuke this bastard over here, or we leak. I know this stuff is guesswork. I have been watching PredictIt, so I tend to think of everything in terms of prices. If memes go up DonaldNuke and HillaryNuke, I would estimate their value at about 10 cents and 12 cents respectively.
