Did he sneak in there in the night and somehow compromised that system or somehow managed to get info out when there is no physical connection to the outside world, where was the inspector? How did the inspector’s office miss that for so long? Who was the inspector? Was the inspector’s office somehow in on a vast conspiracy to commit espionage?
