<p dir="ltr">Maybe not teach but you sure can practice. Speed is a mechanical thing. Genetic aptitude may help, but without the right (and a sufficient amount of) practice the speed will not materialize, and even lesser genetics might come up with tricks to get the results they were not naturally born with.</p>
