Reason: my DNA test shows I have cousins who live there now. And Sweden, and Denmark, and Norway, Germany, Ireland, Scotland, England and Nigeria. So now I am provably African American, with blond hair and hazel eyes. I don’t know if I have enough African DNA to prevent my voting in South Carolina were I to be a resident there.
