Bill, this is not physics. Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle is
physics, but panpsychism is not. I'm not quite sure what it is.
Philosophy? Obviously it's not psychology.<br>
Certainly the mention of Deepak Chopra seems appropriate to me.<br>
