The dietary supplements industry is already huge - now over 100 billion USD p.a.<br>

People already buy many supplements of dubious value in order to live<br>
longer and healthier lives. In theory companies are not allowed to<br>
make medical claims that they can treat diseases, but the FDA has to<br>
play whack-a-mole, continually fining and closing down offending<br>
companies. There are also quality control problems and dangerous<br>
ingredients.<br>

Currently I doubt that there are any 'secret' supplements that<br>
significantly extend life better than exercise and a healthy diet that<br>
avoids obesity.<br>
(If you can find a supplement by an internet search then it's not 'secret').<br>
<br>
But if something is found that works, then you can be sure that Big<br>
Pharma will be selling it to everyone and raking in huge profits.<br>
That is exactly the type of treatment they dream of. Something that<br>
everyone has to buy and take every day - for ever!<br>
