In our day we are facing a very good question: how should a public forum be moderated, if at all?<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">Suppose we say that the usual social constraints, such as how one carries oneself at a party or public park, should be sufficient. Then… what if they aren’t? What if a person shows up on a forum such as Extropians and posts a lot of stuff that is insulting and drives away valuable contributors.
