If we set up a huge facility for housing out in Darwin, then we can demonstrate that housing is a human right: go right on out there and move in, free. Free food, free dope, free everything. It isn’t a prison: people can leave if they wish. No need to check out any time you like, you aren’t checked in. I will freely grant that it might be difficult: your car was stolen the day you arrived but there aren’t any fuel stations out there anyway.
