That is clearly covered under the first amendment.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>But ignoring that and looking at other governments which do have the authority to regulate AI, such as I would assume all communist governments, some socialist governments, monarchies, non-constitutional governments, that sorta thing. Here we are, having debated the nature of AI for 30 years, many of us having been pondering it long before that even. The past coupla months we have been debating whether ChatGPT is AI or is it something else. We have no consensus here even among the AI hipsters.
