Ben I missed that, but I can be excused, for I have lived only in places where homes are built of sticks. I cheerfully misspent my tragically squandered youth in Florida, where we don’t have stones and even if we did, the “soil” is sand, which generally will not support the load of a typical British home such as the one shown above. In California we have not the option of stone construction: a prole would be building his own pyramid tomb, to be constructed at the first earthquake.
