For years I didn’t know who that was, but finally figured out it is her granddaughter, who is my father’s cousin, my first cousin once removed.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I went out to see Granny’s house last month, which is still standing mostly. The main part of the house, on the right, is still intact. I went inside. The next house to it, to my back as I took this photo, is where my cousin lives now and has lived most of her life. We visited for a good coupla hours. Although she is age 90, her mind is in good shape. I realized that my then 31 yr old cousin is the half a person walking into the house.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">So… I went home, took that image above and asked Grok to extrapolate from that half person, create an image of the whole person, and colorize the image. A coupla days later, she called me when I was at a local hardware store. She loved the photo. Granny never had a color image made of her. So I said Hey cuz, did you notice yourself in the background there? She said Oh no no no honey, that’s not me. I never had buns like that, not on my very best day.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I broke up laughing loudly at that comment, har harring out loud. I almost had to sit down on the floor to keep from falling. She had very shapely hips. I always kept my boyfriends away from her.
