--By that logic, there's no reason to have an email
forum like this one. All communication assumes that
information outside the individual affects the
individual.

If you don't like the people you work for, stop
working for them and find some other job. Otherwise,
resentment will color your perception of the
organization, and perhaps by extension cause you to
resent organizations you've never even worked for.
There are a lot of people who are convinced government
is evil because they had a bad experience with
government, and a lot of people who think capitalism
is evil because they've had bad experiences with
capitalism. Since any organization of any type is
likely to produce some people who feel rejected,
alienated or unappreciated, that kind of feeling is
inevitable. Just move on.
