[Paleopsych] The rich get more benefits

Actually, the rich already pay most of the taxes, if you call rich
people above $100k/yr. So any tax cut will affect them simply because
that is where the taxes are. Taxes are a drain on the economy, so tax
cuts make all people - even poor and middle class - better off.
