Eurospeak is a combination
of all the languages in the
area covered by the Euro.

Many people there speak
languages interchangeably,
so one can argue that
all of those languages
could evolve into one.

The only "Euro-speak" I know of is Esperanto and 
learning that takes as concerted an effort as one would 
need to learn French, Spanish or other foreign 
language.  Please explain what you mean by Euro-speak.
