[Paleopsych] What makes this propaganda?

European and most Asian countries pay more than $3/gallon for gasoline.
My position is that oil isn't the only energy product available. There
are many alternative energies including wind and solar that are
presently out there and within an affordable price range. Higher fuel
costs for oil aid in making these products more attractive.
