Maybe the guy waiting for the remaining $7000 on the other end of the 
Western Union link can be arrested by the local police when he shows up, 
and the $3000 already sent be recovered? Let Johnson say he's praying 
for Lucky's mother to get better while he solves a little problem 
delaying the sending of the remaining $7000. Of course I'm assuming here 
that Lucky is not reading extropy-chat -- seems safe to me :-)
