No, it doesn't.

Women live longer because they avoid the risk-taking activities of
testosterone-driven males. Statistical analysis of causes of death shows
that if you remove the deaths due to a high-risk lifestyle, then there
is little difference between the life expectancy of men and women.

Women tend to avoid things like crashing cars at high speed (especially
after a few beers), not wearing seatbelts, smoking-related diseases,
homicide, suicide, motor-cycles, fighting in wars, and women do not have
a lifestyle that involves taking part in 'Jackass' type stunts.
i.e  Women don't behave like idiots - men do.
