Please be precise Randy, do you mean the American ones
*seem* that way to *you* in particular (or are you trying to
imply something wider perhaps? - the second is less appealing.

They American-based extropes do not *seem* that way to
me. Not as a generalisation. I want to hear good arguments
for and against propositions and I don't care where
geographically the arguments come from.  A person working
with intellectual property in the US for instance may have
some very valuable *personal* insights ;-)
