Robert I suggest you contact the JPL PR people, since it is pretty clear 
they don't see the need for more output than they are providing. Their 
focus is clearly on filling the two main PR needs: interfacing with the 
mainstream press & interfacing with the general public through the 
website and NASA TV. Until they feel a big demand for what you want I 
don't expect them to change their ways.
