The promoters of the Atkins diet finally acknowledge that Atkins dieters
need to cut back on meat and saturated fats.  The group now claims that
Atkins never intended people to eat so much red meat or saturated fats, and
that people misunderstood the message to say that they could eat high
amounts of these foods without consequences.

This fits in with my nutritional research.  Low carbs are fine, but you also
need low fat, especially saturated fats.
