I don't think he runs OSDL itself.  There may not be a
formal name for the group he runs - they might not
have need of a formal working group name in the manner
of corporations and standards commitees.

But the point remains: the main reason nobody's suing
him is that there's no money in it, either directly or
in terms of disrupting Linux's market share.  Those
who do want money from suing Linux chase more
potentially profitable targets, as in SCO vs. IBM.
