No. CBS claims it was "misled", however the facts show that they
ignored 3 out of 4 of its document experts, who refused to authenticate
the documents. Were they misled by the 4th guy? Sure, but they wilfully
ignored the rest who said what Dan Rather didn't want to hear. That is
not honest error.
