[extropy-chat] Nuclear batteries for hand-helds

A good start would be to call them anything but Nuclear Batteries.
Maybe Neutron emission batteries? Hmm... After all, smoke detectors
aren't called Nuclear Smoke Detectors. Imagine the outcry if they were
called that!
