Your phone, being an inanimate object, can not give consent to marry.
"Marriage", as a type of contract, only has meaning between two
individuals who can give consent.  (Which has implications if you want
to marry, or marry off, a young child, who will eventually become
someone who is capable of understanding marriage but is not yet
developed enough to do so.  The same consideration may apply to AIs,
if they take any significant amount of time to grow from merely
"capable of independent operation" to "true understanding of the
consequences of actions".)
